“Amenities at the apartment/condo was exactly as described. Easy 5-7 minutes walk to the beach. Overall, a nice place for a relaxing getaway for a few days.”

“Felt like they weren’t fully staffed. There wasn’t a lot of vibes of merriment even though they have great amenities to do so. Allison at Flippers was very nice and enjoyable. Gigi at Beach House was very sweet and we enjoyed her service but have to say we had told the restaurant that it was our 35th wedding anniversary and felt that was somewhat not acknowledged. Yes they gave us dessert and that was kind and we weren’t expecting anything but just felt our reservation could have been made to……

“Great location! Kitchen could be stocked more! Fan on porch didn’t work..needed extra pillow covers not enough towels for showers oven doesn’t turn on until you reset the breaker in panel in kitchen floor was wet throughout when we got there had to use beach towels to wipe up pool must not be heated was cool other than that good location oh ya no door mats to clean shoes on and no dust pan and broom to clean up sand on floor and had a hell of a time getting remote to work on tv. “I have stayed at South Seas many times over many years, so it makes me sad to say I will NEVER go back. The pictures that are portrayed of the unit are all lies! The place is like a ghost town. It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. The pool that you do have access to was filthy. I spoke with the registration person who admittedly took some responsibility for the fact……
