We strive for transparency, so we appreciate you mentioning that. We sincerely apologize about the broken beach chair. We understand how frustrating it must have been to be unable to use one of the provided chairs and have to rent replacements. While we responded quickly with an apology, we dropped the ball on not getting it replaced during your stay. This is unacceptable, and we're taking steps to ensure it doesn't happen again. We can assure you that the broken chair has been replaced with a new one before the arrival of the next guests. We want all our guests to have a fully functional and enjoyable experience. Thank you so much for your review! We're thrilled you enjoyed the decor, location, and the beautiful sunsets. Those are definitely some of the best things about the condo! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the refrigerator smell, loose outlets, and the ants in the bathroom. These issues are definitely not up to our standards and we take your feedback very seriously. We have already contacted a technician to address the refrigerator smell and the loose outlets. They will be scheduling a service call as soon as possible to diagnose and fix the problems. We will also be implementing additional pest control measures to take care of the ant issue. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. It allows us to improve the condo for future guests. We hope you'll consider staying with us again once these issues are resolved. In the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.

It sounds like you truly embraced the serenity of the location, from the comfortable bedroom (perfect for catching some Zzz's!) to the delightful sounds of the Osprey nests and the ocean waves. We're also glad you found the kitchen well-equipped and appreciated the extra touches like the blender and Keurig. It's always great to hear guests taking advantage of the convenient access to Doc Ford's, the resort store, and Starbucks – especially for those delicious breakfast and lunch options on the lanai. There's nothing quite like soaking in the resort atmosphere with good food and great company! We would love to welcome you back in the fall.
