“A lovely vintage hotel with restaurant and bar. The view of Etna and the bay far below was spectacular. Breakfast was excellent.”

“Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.”

“Aus meiner Sicht kein 4 Sterne Hotel Vorweg was gut war: Meerblick, Lage, Parkplätze in der Nähe, Schirm und Liegen im Preis inbegriffen Beim CheckIn drückt der Mitarbeiter Dir den Schlüssel, eine Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage, eine Fernbedienung für den Fernseher, einen kleinen Zettel mit WiFi Passwort und einen weiteren Zettel für Liegen in die Hand. Du darfst dann selbst zu deinem Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und lieblos eingerichtet. Badezimmer sieht nicht……

“We had one of the largest rooms. This property is close to everything. The brothers that own it are very nice and will help to arrange transportation and offer advice on places to eat and visit if you ask. The complimentary minibar was a nice surprise after a walk from the bus station. The courtyard is nice too. Despite being in the centre of town the room was quiet. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again if visiting Taormina.”

“Super clean, modern hotel and spa. While we do not even have time to access the spa, the views from the restaurant and all the staff were exceptionally gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend!”

“Overall, we had a good stay, but it did not quite meet the level of luxury we were expecting given the price and the very positive reviews. One of the highlights was that the staff were very responsive and easy to contact via WhatsApp, which was extremely convenient. We also appreciated the lovely welcome package of pasta and wine, which was a thoughtful touch, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The main pool area was attractive and well maintained. “Junior suite that wecwere in had a stupid shower unit placed in the middle, spilling water everywhere. Breakfast was fresh but outdoor service pitifully slow. Had to make a take-away arrangement with the helpful concierge to tie in with a taxi pick-up.”
