WiFi was very slow, bed was hard, pillows were very flat and hard, 1 elevator was broken with no “out of order” sign, no outlets by the bed - we both use cpap machines and the cords barely reached the outlet on the other side of the room, and no shampoo or conditioner. The property was quite spacious and nice, Though there were 2 bathrooms one with standing shower and the other with tub, there were serious issues with water pressure in the bathroom with tub effectively making it unusable except for the WC.
