I had such an incredible stay, I'm almost lost for words. The room was super comfortable with a great view. Staff were very friendly and accomodating as well. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time.

The 3-pax room was very small, seemed smaller that what was shown in the website photos, that we could hardly turn ourselves after laying down the 2 luggages. Location is good, close to Tram station. staff is friendly. Cleanses is bad. room window glass were covered by bird excrement. some facilities in room were covered by a thick layer of dust. toilet didn't work sometimes.....
