「This property worked well for our visit to CA. Judy and Beau made us feel welcome and safe at this property. We were in town for a sports event not far away from Cardiff and this worked well for myself and two kids. The home was well stocked with the home away from home items to assist in our stay. Their communication was great and they are so kind and responsive. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area. Thank you for having us!」

「This is a dive. Looks like an old motel that was bought and allowed to fall into disrepair. Terrible location, only accessible through a gas station parking lot, street folks in front of lobby with a fighting breed dog, room was about 8( degrees during a Heat Warning spell, chipped paint, filthy bathroom. 「We checked in on Monday. got a room in the main Motel 6 building 2nd floor with no balcony. The room we booked and expected had been advertised to be one of the rooms in a separate 1 story building with a balcony; listed under a different owner’s name-Belvilla, it appeared to be a remodeled version of a room we stayed in years ago. The front desk at motel 6 had our reservation and said the remodeled rooms in the separate building were booked.

「When the price is too good to be true, you're not going to end up where you think you will. Hotel was run down and the room smelled, floor was dirty and the walls and floors were covered in damage. Pros were that the AC blew cold and water was hot. That's about it. Never again.」
