Welcome to Alicia's Way by Ty SA - a spacious five bedroom house, ideally located near Newport City Centre.
Perfect for families, groups, and business travellers. This home offers plenty of space, comfort, and convenience for a relaxing stay.
The property features five well appointed bedrooms, with three offering comfortable double beds and two with singles. All have ample storage to keep your belongings during your stay.
The living room is designed with relaxation in mind, complete with cosy sofas, a smart TV and super fast complimentary Wifi, making it an ideal spot for unwinding.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, sleek counter tops and plenty of space making meal preparation effortless. The dining area leads to a private outdoor space, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink.
For added convenience, this property is self check in with key collection from a secure lockbox, allowing flexible arrival times. Guests will find on street parking at this property.
Situated just a six-minute drive from Friars Walk Shopping Centre, nine minutes from Newport Retail Park, and fifteen minutes from the prestigious Celtic Manor Resort, this home is in a fantastic location for both work and leisure. Guests will have access to the entire house and the keys will be in a lockbox at the entrance to the property.
