“Das Hotel an sich war in Ordnung. Die Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter ließ allerdings deutlichst zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten an unserem Checkouttag mit Überschwemmungen im Hotel zu kämpfen wodurch wir vor dem Zimmer einen kleinen Fluss hatten. Wir baten die Mitarbeiter zumindest beim Transport der Koffer um Hilfe damit diese nicht komplett durchnässt in die letzte Urlaubswoche gehen. Hilfe wurde vom Personal diesbezüglich aber abgelehnt, Auch ein größerer Regenschirm oder Wagen wurde uns für……

“Staff were excellent especially Kaylor and the team, very warm and helpful with organising our tours. Food options also very good and place is quiet and in the middle of nature. Accomodation is ok, little bit rustic but then it is an eco lodge and you paying for seclusion and to be close to wildlife. Would recommend overall”

“Having read a lot of reviews, we expected Pachira Lodge to be a bit tired and for the food to be limited, but we were still disappointed, considering what we had paid for our stay. The setting in the jungle is great and we saw sloths and monkeys from the pleasant pool area. We were unfortunately not made to feel very welcome on arrival - no-one met us off the boat and we struggled to find reception to check in. While clean, the rooms were small and dark with nowhere nice to sit outside.……

“Fabulous stay at Miss Junie’s Stayed there a full week Room was spacious with comfortable bed and bedding Large shower with hot water a bonus Housekeeping was well done Veranda was lovely to sit on during evening Property is large with good sized pool Location at north end of town so less noisy than in town. Daily breakfast was plentiful and delicious Staff were the best part of stay - assistance with arranging excursions. Victor was always there with a smile. We would absolutely return”

“If you want ultimate rainforest luxury and top level service you should stay here. Not to be missed. Raft in and out via the Pacuare river and be completely enveloped by the forest and river in the middle of nowhere while having high level meals breakfast, lunch and dinner, incredible adventure programs like zip lining through the canopy and repelling down little waterfall. Seriously. 1000% The food was top tier. The service was thoughtful and personal. The staff is amazing. And they have great……
