The guesthouse, featuring the Westera and Ostera holiday apartments, is located on the rural Sonnenhügel estate in Carinerland—a quiet, spacious setting nestled in nature, near the Baltic Sea. In the former stable building, historic elements have been thoughtfully combined with modern comforts.

The Westera features an open-concept design spanning two levels and is vibrant in both colour and atmosphere. On the ground floor, the living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly into one another. A large dining table forms the centrepiece, complemented by the open kitchen with an island and the fireplace in the living area—a bright, spacious room for spending time together and enjoying quiet evenings.

Upstairs, the sleeping area opens up—a secluded spot for reading, relaxing, and unwinding.

The apartment features two private terraces surrounded by greenery: an east-facing morning terrace and a west-facing evening terrace. Light, air, and nature set the rhythm of the day here.

The Sonnenhügel also features shared spaces for relaxation and exercise. The studio bath with a red-light sauna and the yoga studio are open to all guests. The spacious, park-like garden offers seating and lounging areas, quiet paths, and fruit and vegetable gardens.
