In fact, its location is strategic, we are only 9km from the sea of Agnone Bagni, 30km from the Cathedral Square of Catania (the nearest air terminal), 46km from Syracuse.



The villa offers free private parking, WiFi connection, garden view and a furnished terrace for you to relax during your vacation. Inside there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double room equipped with air conditioning and a triple room with a single bed and a bunk bed, a living room with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and an oven, and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing.
