「Our stay in Beacon Hill was fabulous. Check in and communication with our host was flawless. David was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The location was ideal. Two main subway lines were within 2-5 minute walk for longer destinations and we were able to walk to everything else. Small groceries, numerous restaurants, etc. We certainly had a memorable vacation and enjoyed our stay in David’s rental. 」

「Momo's apartment is large and hospitable, and in a great location, in walking distance of restaurants, bars, and public transportation. It can easily accommodate a group, and the parking spot is a major bonus in this area!Momo was extremely friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!」

「Perfectly sitiuated, clean, modern, bright 4 story townhouse situated in the heart of the North End. Walking distance to great Italian restaurants, bakeries and the TD Garden for concerts & games. 「We had a great stay over memorial day weekend! Check in and check out was one of the easiest processes of any BNB I've stayed at. Great convenient location with easy walking distance to the T and Collete Bakery. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is, but that's not really a big deal. We had no issues at all and the host was very communicative with us! Highly recommend for a stay in Boston!」

「Made our way from Tx to Boston to beat the heat…unfortunately we brought a record breaking heat wave with us. Nice space. As advertised, clean and spacious. Really happy the a/c was able to keep up with the weather. Short walk to restaurants, bars, and the T station made this an affordable and convenient spot to explore Boston. 」

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
