We where not served our starters until 9pm and deserts till after 10pm with a young family this was obviously not ideal. I must comment all food (apart from veggie option) was very good.」

「Having a bar/restaurant on-site was very helpful. Parking was free and convenient. Only downfall is that the TV didn't work well at all and the location was a bit away from city centre, but that wasn't a huge priority for me. Breakfast was delicious」

「Lovely stay at lord Beganals. The property is fabulous tastefully decorated and beautiful fresh flowers in the lobby. Staff are very friendly special mention to Karen and Kay breakfast team !! Food in restaurant also delicious and freshly prepared very efficient even though it was very busy Sleepy little village with lovely walk along the river If you want to make this place even more special consider adding a spa or pool. I asked if possible for a room I quiet area of hotel, this was accommodated at an additional cost of £180 euros hence total cost £792 for two nights bed and breakfast, not good value for money.Room was clean and aided a restful night. I contacted the owner who was extremely helpful and gave me an upgrade and sent on all the details straight away. The house itself is beautiful and my room was spacious and comfortable and a really lovely place to stay.
