Located in the prestigious community of The Omni La Costa Resort & Spa, this 1 bedroom 1 ½ bath condo features high-end amenities, chic decor, and plenty of Southern California Sun. This cozy condo sleeps up to 3 guests, featuring an ensuite in the master bedroom and ½ bathroom in the hallway. During your stay, you also have access to the community pool and some of The Omni Resort & Spa amenities for an additional cost of $75 per day.

Please be aware that on September 23rd, 24th, and 25th, on-site power washing of the building will take place. Noise may be heard during this time, and all windows and sliding doors must remain closed. Additionally, patio furniture will be brought indoors.

PARKING
- 1 vehicle in the garage. Guest parking available on a first come first serve basis out front of the building. No street parking.

HOUSE RULES
- Max occupancy: 3
- Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am
- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS ALLOWED - Strictly enforced.
- This home IS DOG FRIENDLY. There is a $50 fee per night, per dog. Up to 1 dog allowed. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. If you bring furry friends, we ask that you do not allow them outside during quiet hours, as neighbors are very sensitive. Please do not leave your pets alone unattended during your stay.
- There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner.

PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child-proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- This home does not have cable channels. All TVs are smart TVs.

- This unit is located in front of tennis courts. Please be aware that you may hear noise coming from the tennis courts in the morning.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
-There is exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7. The camera is located outside the front door

CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.

Perfect for a small family
When looking at the resort we couldnt find a room that had a kitchen/kitchenette that we needed for our toddler. Luckily we stumbled upon this listing which had everything we needed and to enjoy the resort we had a quick 5min walk up the driveway. We had no problems with the room and everything was just as described.

fabulous condo
I loved the condo. The only suggestion i would make would be to change out the pillows. they appeared to be the same pillows i was given free when i bought new mattresses at a store. the pillows seemed like they resembled mypillow crazy guy pillows. only suggestion i would make to make it a more comfortable stay. i will definately book again when i come to SD to see my kids.

Disappointment for the price, location and no amenities included.
So expensive for what was there. Skimpy on dishes and silverware, only two towels and washcloths. Pickleball and tennis courts were right behind the condo, noise day and night. As a renter couldn't play, to use pools, a hefty price. A couple of very loud music festivals where the base could be heard. Couch was lumpy so sat on it opened for a sofa bed. Great location and beautiful area.

owner needs to step up
We enjoyed our stay, but there were three areas by which the owner could make it a superb property with very little investment. 1. security--all of the units had double locks on the front door. Our unit had one broken lock and the keypad on the functioning electronic lock could not be disabled from the inside, meaning that anyone who had the combination could access the apartment when we were inside. We asked the owner to put in a deadbolt which would certainly have not cost much more than $50.00. Her response was "the apartment is safe and we have never had issues". 2. The washing machine rarely worked. We spoke to the maid during the turnover as we were leaving and she said, "Yes, it has been that way for a long time" 3. Lack of dishes and flat ware. There were four of everything which meant that we were running the dishwasher once a day when it was 20% full. A big waste of water and energy when these types of dishes/flatware are very cheap. We asked the owner to remedy this and she said, "the apartment is rated for 3 people and what you have is considered adequate." There was also no cable on the TV so you could not access CNN, Fox, MSNBC, etc. Not a big deal, but........... On the positive side the apartment had nice furniture, was comfortable and well-located. And, on a very positive note was the management service that was always available and attentive to our needs.
