“The property is located in a lovely part of town, and the apartment itself is quite spacious. However, our experience was heavily impacted by terrible maintenance and slow management response times. For three days—roughly 75% of our stay—the bathroom sink was completely clogged. Despite our urgent requests for a quick resolution, the property managers took forever to respond, leaving us essentially without a usable bathroom sink. Additionally, there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed, and……

“This is a pretty, well-located, well set-up property close to the tourist areas and to restaurants and bars. The room was thoughtfully prepared and the beds were comfortable. The windows and balconies are very nice and the rooftop patio is great. There are lots of well-located electrical outlets. The location of the laundry wasn’t clear so note that it is accessible from the rooftop patio. We didn’t find it until after we had already used a laundromat in the neighborhood. Be careful on the……

“Everything is great. Magdalena was very helpful. Only thing is the shampoo and shower gel weren't labelled so we had to guess which one is which, but it wasn't a big deal, we could easily have asked but didn't want to bother. The shower was nice and hot, very relaxing. ”

“Absolut überteuert und nicht zu empfehlen! Waschmaschine war nicht im Apartment wie auf den Fotos angezeigt war, sondern auf dem Dach in einen verdreckten Raum. Kein Wasserkocher, keine Wäscheständer .. musste ich erst erfragen. In keiner Nacht konnte man schlafen da nachts zwischen 00-06 entweder Müllabfuhr vorbei fuhr oder LKW Anlieferung waren oder Straßen reinigungen waren oder oder oder .. mit Schlaf war da nicht viel. Küche hab ich komplett unbenutzt gelassen… Bad alt, klein und……
