On the ground floor, you will find:

A living area with dining space and lounge with television; a bay window opens onto the terrace and garden; an open-plan equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster); a bathroom with shower, sink and WC.



On the upper floor:

- A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and wardrobe;

- A bedroom with a 140 cm bed and wardrobe;

- A bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe;

- Bathroom; independent toilet.



The accommodation also has a garage with a washing machine, freezer, and allowing storage of small nautical equipment, bicycles or a pushchair. An outdoor shower is present at the back of the garden to rinse off upon return from the beach.



Parking provided for 2 vehicles, with visitor spaces in the residence.



Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify us in case of late arrival.

Deposit: €450 to be paid on site

Charges: included from mid-May to early October / additional charge (according to consumption) for other periods

Tourist tax: to be paid on site
