Carnac: Single-family house "Villa Ostréa", renovated in 2020. In the centre of Carnac bourg, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach, located by a road. Private: well-kept garden 350 m2 (not fenced), parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.1 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 300 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Grande Plage de Carnac" 1.5 km, thermal baths "Thalassothérapie Thalazur Carnac". Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, surf school 6 km, sailing school 1.8 km. Nearby attractions: Les alignements de Carnac 1 km, La Trinité sur Mer 4 km, La Presqu'ile de Quiberon 15 km, Vannes 35 km, Lorient 55 km, Belle Ile en Mer, Houat, Hoedic. Hiking paths: Le Golfe du Morbihan.
