We had a nice stay at The Pheasant. The staff were helpful, and breakfast was good with lots of choice. The pub is in a beautiful setting, about 5m drive from Kirkby Lonsdale. The room was a good size, and had a comfy bed, although was a bit run down, especially the bathroom, which had peeling plaster, damp and cracks. Toiletries were included and good quality.

Fantastic stopover on trip down south . Recently refurbished with great food and exceptional staff. Room was a tad small however this was balanced with cleanliness and really nice toiletries. The food was freshly cooked quickly served and a great range of options. Breakfast - amazing and included in price -

Really enjoyed 2 nights at this property. Our room was clean and comfortable with a view over the peaceful countryside. Although not large we had what we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful adding to the cosy atmosphere in the bar/lounge/dining areas. Breakfast was more than adequate and would recommend the restaurant meals.
