So nice I stayed here twice

Looking for a great place for a just a few friends or a romantic getaway, this is your place. View of the ocean (and I was on the first floor), dog friendly (they even had a water bowl set out) and close to downtown (we walk everywhere) this was everything I wanted in a beach rental.

The condo was great and well-stocked and the bathrooms weren't the typical tiny condo bathroom. Nice short walk to the beach and nice views from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Great weekend, clean and comfortable

We had a wonderful long weekend here. It was dog friendly, neighbors were friendly. Apartment was clean, safe and comfortable. I have used Bryant Realty for several rentals and have never had any issues with them.

Perfect Location

The place was exactly as advertised! Easy private access to beach and you could sit on the balcony and enjoy the sound of the waves! Dog friendly - and a short walk to the boardwalk area for ice cream or donuts. Check in/out was a breeze! We had no issues with anything while we were there and it felt super comfy and like home! We would definitely recommend!!!

My 87 years old Mother stayed with me and the internal stairs are impossible to navigate without a proper hand rail. Every other house on the island seemed to have one. Very clean with a lovely view but the lack of accessibility for elderly was sad.

Great location

Great location, peaceful and walking distance to restaurants close by. One safety issue was with the bannister. It needs to be secure before someone falls over. I gave a 4 for cleanliness because the shower doors were not cleaned and living room floor still had sand.

Amazing Coastal Experience

The location and condition of this unit is perfect. The unit is one of the best I've seen in terms of furnishings, supplies, decorations and cleanliness. The parking is directly under the unit so we enjoyed loading our beach wagon daily and walking just steps to the beach access. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed, including the cutest set of fish-themed dishes. The porch/deck area was well furnished with rocking chairs and a table/chair set that made ocean viewing enjoyable. This was a pet friendly unit and our dog was very happy here. I do coastal vacations about 2x per year and this is by far the best I've experienced.

Clean, well-decorated and comfortable place with great view and easy beach access. Parking is tight. Unit is generally stocked well, although no shower amenities were provided, something that is very commonly provided in most vacation rental units.

Great location and views!

Carolina Beach is a bit chintzy and overpriced. However, the beaches are clean and beautiful and this property gives great views and immediate access to the beach. The condo was well appointed and super clean! Our only issue was the tightness of the parking which appears to be an issue island-wide.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was wonderful. The view from the patio was amazing and the beach was at our front door.
