Welcome to Dunes I A1 - Seas The Day, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offering a cozy, coastal retreat with private beach access and breathtaking oceanfront views. Nestled on the second floor, this bright and inviting unit features complimentary Wi-Fi, central heating and air, and parking for one vehicle. Begin your days on the spacious oceanfront deck with seating for six, where you can sip your morning coffee as you take in the sights and sounds of the shoreline, or fire up the charcoal grill for a beachside barbecue as the sun sets over the waves.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig for coffee lovers. The dining area comfortably seats four, making it easy to gather for meals or a game night. The living room offers cozy seating for three and a flat-screen TV with cable, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach adventures. Conveniently located in the common area bathroom, the washer and dryer make it easy to keep your beachwear fresh throughout your stay.

The primary suite provides a relaxing escape with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with a stand-up shower, and views of the peaceful street below. The second bedroom features both a full-size and a twin bed, as well as a ceiling fan for added comfort. This room shares a bathroom with the common area, complete with a tub/shower combo. Whether you’re here to relax on the private beach, enjoy the oceanfront deck, or explore the coast, Dunes I A1 - Seas The Day offers a delightful getaway for your beach vacation.

Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than one vehicle or for vehicles that are towed due to negligence to use parking pass.

Beachfront Vacation

Enjoyed our beach stay here overall. Great location, decorated nicely, very convenient beach access, restaurant options close by and good communication from property management company. Minor touches that could use improvement for price paid: Only received four bathroom towels for a four person family/5 day stay (there is a laundry machine, but not really what I want to do on vacation), there was hand soap in only one bathroom (not in master or kitchen), the bedroom pillows were all very flat and we were only given two extra rolls of toilet paper for a week stay.

Great location

Great location with easy access to first floor. Just steps to the ocean and wonderful porch. Great restaurants near by. Parking is tight but wasn't a big issue as there was only one other family in building.

Absolutely amazing only complaint I have is there was a little smell coming from the garage disposal side of the sink but we didn’t really notice it because we had the door open to the beach but if you close it up it you’ll notice but I mean such a small complaint everything else from communicating with the property managers and the general cleanliness of the property was awesome

Perfect setting

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Perfect for our family of four. Beautifully decorated and clean. Right on the beach, balcony was delightful in the evenings. Tiki bar only a few steps down the beach and short walk or drive to lots of eateries.

We'll definitely be back!

This was our first time renting ocean front (we've always done 1 or 2 rows back), and with the kids... WOW, what a difference. Nothing beats the convenience of being able to walk down one flight of stairs and strait to the the sand. Parking is a dream, including being able to unload / load right at the stairs. There's a lockable storage closet on the ground level, great for stashing chairs / coolers / etc so you don't have to drag them up and down every day. Walking distance to just about everything you need (including coffee shops, restaurants, beach shops, ice cream, bait and tackle, etc) and really short driving distance to grocery stores, walmart, etc for all of those "oops we forgot" things. The condo itself is great, but nothing compares to having a furnished porch overlooking the water. Private bathroom in the master bedroom and second hall bathroom next to the second bedroom, kitchen furnished with newer appliances which were all very clean upon arrival. taking a nap on the overstuffed couch with the screen door open and the sound of the waves in the background is a dream come true. We had one small maintenance issue (one of the posts on the railing was loose. only an issue because we have a 3 year old!) and within an hour of calling about it, someone was at the door to fix it! All inquiries to the office were answered promptly and professionally. Check in is a breeze with keyless entry and text confirmations. As some of the reviews mentioned, there are some uneven spots on the floor which weren't an issue for us, but may be for someone with mobility issues. Not a knock against the property as there's not a whole lot you can do about it, more of a heads up. Thanks, Seas The Day, for a GREAT getaway! We're already looking for dates for next year!

Beach, beach, beach

This place is all about the beach. It’s right on it! The balcony is so close it’s like being on it. The walk to the beach is very short and when we weren’t on it we were out on the balcony enjoying it. Nice clean space. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting a place on the beach.

Very cute and clean condo. Had issues with our code access box and got locked out. We called both numbers the property management gave and no answer. Luckily the owners of the next door condo were home and called both property management numbers, the HOA number and finally the owner before something was done. The air conditioner was so loud it woke us and our toddler up every time it cut on during the night. They did send someone when we finally got ahold of them about the lock but the part would not come in until after we left. This had to be known because we heard it as soon as we walked in at check-in. Would be great with better property management

Not impressed. I guess I am a clean freak. Under the beds dirty, under couch cushions and couch in general...nasty...finger nail laying on the back of couch. Roaches in main bedroom. When using the toilet in main bedroom...felt like I was going to fall through, shower as well. If the condo had a good deep cleaning, spray for bugs - it would be much better. I think all of the rental condos/houses should be deep cleaned at least every 2 months. just my thoughts....thank you

Good location but...

The place is much more dated than it appears in the pictures. Plus, It costs extra for an early check in when there’s no one there? Bring soap, and a hair dryer. The floors are uneven, so not recommended for anyone unstable on their feet.

Great location!

We loved how this property was right on the water! Beautiful covered porch with stellar views of the ocean. Excellent proximity to dining out and entertainment. We would love to come back to this area again. The only downside to this unit was the queen bed in the master was not very comfortable and the linens provided by the rental company were as equally uncomfortable and scratchy. If you’re planning to rent this place, bring your own sheets and a mattress topper. Overall, great stay and vacation for us!
