Relaxing location on the ocean

We enjoyed the ocean access, beautiful deck, and comfortable furnishings. A wonderful place to stay for a quality family vacation. The kitchen was well equipped.

Very nice property and location by the beach

The house is very nice and has everything you need for a comfortable stay by the beach. You have direct access to a quiet stretch of beach, with few other people around. The location is perfect for a scenic walk along the beach into downtown. Brian, our host, was very responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend renting this property!

Awesome Location

Great house right on the beach. Easy walking access to town. We loved walking to the local coffee mart for breakfast!Comfy beds, towels, and linens. This is a shared unit with the lower level, but it felt like we had the place to ourselves with the two porches.

We had three friends stay. The place was beautifully decorated, clean, beautiful view, and the beds we soooo comfortable. I’d definitely recommend and would go back! Great place!

Great Little Stop

Stayed here for a couple nights to visit a friend in the area while traveling north from Florida. Great spot with beautiful sunrises and direct access to the beach! The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the living and dining spaces provided plenty of room to relax when we were not out and about. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Mom getaway

We had a great trip despite the recent and uncommon snow storm in the area, the house was as stated in the listing. The only issue we ran into was the stairs being extremely slick due to the snow and the property manager quickly took care of it. We would definitely stay here again.

1st Birthday

In Wilmington for a family first birthday party! House was very clean. Location was perfect. Enjoyed laying in bed and watching the sunrise. Baby saw seagulls at five in the morning. It was beautiful.

Amazing Thanksgiving at the Beach!

We had our first family Thanksgiving at the beach and this condo was perfect! Beautiful sunrises on the deck, steps from the ocean, and close to all there is to do at Carolina Beach. I was worried about cooking such a big meal in someone else’s kitchen but it had everything I needed! There is a nice backyard that is shared with the unit below. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Great Views, Great Host

Everything was perfect for our stay. It was so good, that I wanted to rebook for next year, but the week I needed was already filled! I will definitely try to stay here again. Private walk to the beach, great view from our balcony, quiet area.
