Great Location

Always a pleasure staying here! Can’t beat the views, location, small pool, king bed for the grown-ups, bunk bed for the kids. It’s a great little beach spot!

Wonderful beach stay!

We had a great week at the beach! Having close beach access made it so easy, and the great deck let us enjoy the ocean all hours. Property was well appointed and communication on policies was clear. Will visit again!

Beautiful condo with amazing views

Perfect oceanfront condo. Comfy beds- awesome deck with great seating for watching surfers and the ocean. The view alone is worth the 4 flights of stairs. Highly recommend !

Beach Getaway

My stay at this beach condo was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with stunning ocean views and the soothing sound of waves crashing on the shore. The condo was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a perfect seaside getaway.I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Great Stay

This was our first trip to North Carolina. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. The condo was located along Carolina Beach with a great view from the balcony. Lots of great restaurants close by; Kate’s Pancakes and Freddie’s is a must. We will be returning soon. Thanks for everything.

Wonderful beach visit

Condo was as described and location was great!! Loved the laid back feel of the area. Parking area was tight, but that was accurately described in the listing. Anyone who has difficulty in climbing stairs would probably need to consider another unit.

Lovely Condo with Great Views and Host.

This property was as advertised. Very updated and clean with great views. The beds and living area were very comfortable. Nice cookware and tableware. The keyless lock wasn't working for us initially. I called A1 properties and someone was there within minutes. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, Clean, & Convenient

The condo is a well appointed with a calm vibe. Both the living room and bedroom open out to a long 3rd floor balcony overlooking the beach. It is a short drive to the Fort Fisher Aquarium and Battlefield. It is a short walk to the boardwalk. Two things you should know: 1) If climbing stairs is difficult for you don’t book. There is no way up outside of 4 flights of steps. 2) The assigned parking under the building is VERY narrow. We golded the mirrors on our 2021 Honda Passport and only slight room for error.

Beautiful Waterfront Condo

My husband and I had a mini vacation- pictures are exactly as it is. Very clean and comfortable. Only drawback was the size of the covered parking space. We have a mid size vehicle and we barely fit. Took several tries to get parked each time. Other covered spaces are larger in this building. Not sure why this one was so small. That was the only downside

Very Convenient Location

The property was beautiful and very thoughtfully appointed. There were interesting books, games, and kids plastic cutlery and plates/bowls. The property is clearly newly renovated and true to pictures. The view was amazing. Location was great. In walking distance of many restaurants and attractions (and of course the beach is right there.) Just some considerations for future guests - as typical for these types of beach condos, there is no elevator so 3rd floor means 3 flights of stairs. Fine for my family but perhaps a challenge for the elderly. And the parking space is very very tight. Our minivan needed the side windows turned in to fit so if you have anything bigger you wouldn’t make it. But we loved our stay. It was perfect for us and our needs as a family with kids and made for a truly magical beach vacation. :)

View of ocean beautiful. Didn't have enough towels but management company delivered more. There should be 2 large bath towels per person. Pool was the size of hot tub 3 feet deep. Very disappointing. And woke up to palmetto bug on its back in the kitchen.

Condo was clean and well laid out and stocked and the view was incomparable! The stairs were a bit much (all of us are in our 50's/60's) but we managed. If you are three on Saturday, check out the Farmer's Market across the street. We will definitely visit again (but maybe get a unit on the 1st/2nd floor this time).
