Great Stay!

We were there in the off season so I’m sure a bunch of maintenance was about to be completed. The place was awesome but needed a deep cleaning. Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved that everything we needed was provided. Property management was outstanding and super easy to communicate with! If you want to be on the beach and have a spectacular view this is the palace to stay!

Great vacation!!

This was a family vacation and we were very pleased with this property. We did need to contact the property management to clean some grease that was left in the oven, they came right out and took care of it!! Communication was very good! Location of condo was great, not too busy of a spot on the beach. The walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor is a beast but the view is wonderful! We didn’t realize there were extra blankets, fans, vacuum and broom in one of the bedroom closets, that would have come in handy through the week—-didn’t discover until we were doing a final walk through and checked the closet(our kids stayed in that room).

Very nice condo. Good location and view

The condo was very nice and clean. Everything was exactly as described. Very good service from the owner/rental agency. One evening, we wanted to use the blender to make pina coladas but discovered the blender was broken. I sent a note to the rental agency through the portal and the following morning someone dropped off a new blender. I love this stretch of Carolina Beach. You are walking distance to the pier and the boardwalk (1 mile). Close enough to places to get a meal and drinks, but not too close that there's traffic and noise.

Long Weekend Getaway

This was our first visit to Carolina Beach so we weren't for sure what to expect. The complex was easy to find and had the ample, covered parking we needed! From check-in to the time we checked out was a breeze. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely rent again!

Just don’t

The condo was disgusting. if you have any older people in your group it will be very hard for them to get up and down the stairs. We didn’t go to the beach as much as we would have liked because it was so hard to get up and down the stairs with our baby and beach stuff. The location is nice though.

Girls Weekend

This was perfect for a small girls weekend away. We fit 7 girls into this comfy, but bigger than expected condo. Easy to locate, had enough dishes, and dishwasher works. A couple of things to note: It is on the 3rd floor, no elevator. It wasn't an issue for us, except loading & unloading. No fault to the listing, I forgot trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, zip bags, etc (so just friendly, you should bring them!) Last note, we rented chairs and umbrellas though Pleasure Island Rentals. The Reefs, here is 4. I will definitely be planning another vacation to here!

The Good The Bad and The Ugly.

Great location. Perfect size for our group. Would have loved a “heads up” that the dishwasher was broken. Didn’t plan to hand wash dishes for 6 people for 3 meals per day for 3 days. I would have brought paper products. Not a vacation if I’m having to do dishes. Maggot issue in the parking/trash can area. Made packing up a bit gross trying to step over them. Having said that I would still go back again as the convenience of the beach is what it is all about.
