Sand Pebbles A3 | Ocean View + Community Pool!

Ocean view & first floor rental property. Sleeps 6, (two Q beds, twin bunk beds). You have your choice of two pools and private beach access. Great view of the pool and ocean from the living room, which includes a large flat screen TV, Chromecast and blue ray/DVD player. The dining area and kitchen are fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, hand mixer and lots of dishes, silverware, pots & pans and gadgets.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with large tiled shower. Lots of room in the closet too. Second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunkbeds, and another large closet. The second bathroom has tub/shower and storage for your linens. Washer & dryer in the hall closet, along with a sink, iron, ironing board and other supplies. Parking for two vehicles. A/C, high speed internet/Wi-Fi, cable TV and all the comforts of home. A storage closet with beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys for you to use. Located within walking distance to all the boardwalk action, shopping and food, near the lake and yet in a quiet family-oriented vacation community.

Relax and enjoy the ocean view from the deck - where it is always 5 O’clock! This vacation town has a lot of family fun and great place for couples. Have fun crabbing, visit Wilmington (30 min. North), the Cape Fear River, Wake n Bake or Britt's donuts, the USS North Carolina battleship, historic Fort Fisher, the Ft. Fisher seashore and aquarium, fireworks on the beach, good restaurants and so much more. And of course, BEAUTIFUL BEACHES! This is a great place to visit all year round. Consider off season when the rates are cheaper and the weather is mild. You will feel like a local! Parking is limited during peak season. Two parking passes will be provided. However, two parking spaces are not guaranteed. Towing is strictly enforced.

Golf Carts are NOT permitted at the complex, they will be towed even with a parking pass.

Please Note: The Community Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day

We have stayed at the Sand pebbles area the last several years just different units. We loved being out to look straight out and see the ocean and we had everything we needed in the unit.

Family vacation

Comfortable for a family of 5. Two minor issues, we could not get the tv in the living room to connect to cable tv and the shower doors in the master were dirty. Overall we would stay again.

Very clean, well appointed stay

Very clean, perfect location, lovely condo right on the beach. This is one of the nicest, cleanest condos we have stayed in and we will be back!

Enjoyed our stay

The check in and communication with property management was excellent. The location of this property is wonderful and we were happy to be on the first floor considering we brought an almost 2 year old with us. We really appreciated that the owners allowed us to use their beach supplies - they are fully stocked on sand toys, beach chairs and even had a puddle jumper in our daughter’s size! It was great to not have to bring our own. Our only complaints about this property is that the air conditioning return is in the master bedroom and is actually quite loud. It woke me up every time it came on. The dishwasher is also quite loud and could use an update. Although I will say, I certainly appreciated having a dishwasher and the air conditioning, even if it was loud! I’d just recommend running the dishwasher while you’re out enjoying the beach and not right at bedtime as we tend to do. This place was in great proximity to quite a few places to eat - we walked everywhere and rarely used the car. Love Carolina beach and would definitely visit this location again!

Fun stay for family!

Great location, right on the beach, easy pool and beach access. Lots of restaurants and activities for families near by. This condo was comfortable for our family of five.

Property was great, but…

Everything was very nice about the property, we really enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the beach access was not available for 90% of our stay because they were dredging … during Spring Break! Seems like a tourist destination would find a better way to do that than during the busiest time of the year.

Perfect location for the beach!

I've stayed in these condos a few times, but this was my first stay in this unit. Since it's stairs only, it's great that this one was on the first floor (so, one flight). It makes it a lot easier to load and unload the car as well as quicker for bathroom breaks from the beach! The location is great. You can see the ocean from the screened porch and a quiet stretch of beach is steps away. The upstairs neighbors were pretty noisy, but not during sleeping hours (unless you're early to bed), and I'm not sure if they live there full time or were vacationers like me. I didn't love having to stop somewhere else to check-in and out, but it's right across the street, so it really wasn't a big deal at all and the staff were very friendly. I am sure that parking is an issue at times during peak season, but I visited at the end of April/beginning of May and got the second-closest spot to my stairwell and was able to return to that spot every time I came and went during my stay, even for hours at a time. The other time I stayed at these condos was early October, and I had no issues then, either.
