Masseria
Acciano interiors which develop into multiple units: a main frame, an
upper floor where there are 2 suites, and 4 suites around the courtyard
on the ground floor. Also, you can take advantage of a wellness area for
massages and yoga, but the only staff authorized. 
The main structure opens with the wonderful vaults of stones that wrap around a cozy dining room and beautiful kitchen equipped with electric oven, microwave and dishwasher and everything you need for cooking fun. Complete the plan for the stay, 1 double room with a single bed in an alcove and 1 shower bathroom. 
By the court, a long staircase leads up to the upper floor where we are 2 suite with en suite shower room which 1 quadruple with
a double bed + a double bed in the extraction (one for children), and 1
triple with a double bed and a single bed. From the balconies and
terraces you can enjoy views of the sea. 
The other 4 suites are located around the court. There are 1 bedroom suite shower, 2 bedroom suites with eachna sun lounger  (170 cm) single for a child, bathroom with shower, 1 suite composed by living room with single bed standard and kitchenette, 1 double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

The
Masseria Acciano is in the countryside of Carovigno, half-way between
the centre of the town where there are all the main services, and the
Adriatic Sea with its beautiful golden sandy beaches, seaside resorts
and bays. The nearest sea is the beach of Pantanagianni, at only 4 km. 
note the short distance from the beaches of Marina di Carovigno and, in particular, the ease of getting to the natural reserve of Torre Guaceto in a few minutes of the car. Not far from the airport of Brindisi.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Mandatory towels fee: euro 15 per person per week to pay upon arrival.
- Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- One bathroom is external.
- Just small/medium size pets are allowed.
- The living room and the kitchen are not equipped with air conditioning.
- Breakfast not included. Price is euro 12 per day per person.
