「The room was well maintained with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The breakfast was a bit lack luster for the price paid, was hoping for a bit more selection. The cold water dispenser next to the juices only was operational during breakfast hours and most of the time wasn't working. This wasn't one of my favorite stays. I'd recommend it to those looking for a place to sleep and relax/play in the pool and hot tub area.」

「Beautiful antique decor and spacious room. Rom could have used one more lamp behind the couch and the overhead light on a dinner would have been nice. Not knowing there were no windows in the unit would have been helpful, that was a bit of a shock. Overall a good experience, would go back but not stay in the Lake Riply Room 102.」

We discovered that a sewage smell was emitting from the toilet. I mentioned this to hotel staff and they said they'd address it, but no one ever came or checked back in with us. 「Beds were super comfy, hotel was very clean, & workers were very friendly! Pool wasn't working- again (wasn't working back in April either). Should get a discount if not working or at least notified when booking. Was very disappointed in this as my child was planning on swimming. Breakfast was the exact same both mornings- should switch it up so you're not stuck with the same food. Didn't eat much since the eggs, potatoes, & sausage links are peppery & I can't eat anything wit pepper. Breakfast...

「Hotel is run down a needs to be updated. Was advised at check in , was on second floor with no elevator. My grown son had to forcefully advise I’m disabled an cant do stairs. They reluctantly moved me, but put me beside breakfast room, which was very loud.」
