The Unit was clean well stocked and just a pleasant place to relax and stay. It is steps from the beach, an easy walk downtown and an excellent location. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

I was very happy to see there was plenty of coffee and a good coffee maker! The bed is huge with a great mattress. Great shower and water pressure too. The condo is only a block from the beach and within walking distance of all Carpinteria has to offer. The owner was responsive and I didn't have any issues getting in or checking out. The property manager was in consistent contact with me and made sure we had everything we needed.
