“The house is adorable, very clean and comfortable. Check-in was super easy and parking is off the street and right up to the house. There is ample, comfortable outdoor seating. The living room is also very cozy and the kitchen has everything you could want. The ground coffee, pods, creamer and sugar is a lovely touch. Rick and Debby are quick to respond with any questions. “We came to check out Santa Barbara for my sister’s 21st birthday and this was a solid spot. Close enough to get anywhere you want to go in less than 20 minutes of driving, easily Uber-able as well. We had plenty of room, and there was 7 of us! ”

“Had a great family stay! Manager was very responsive to the one issue we had with hot water and fixed quickly. The property was clean overall but floors need a good cleaning (my feet got dirty inside the house). Location is excellent for walking to the beach, zoo, and state street. Downside is the noise from being right next to the train tracks and freeway. We would definitely stay here again.”

“I actually thought (based on the pictures) it was just one bedroom and the futon in the living room as the "second" bedroom. But I was pleasantly surprised to have two full bedrooms with King sized beds. Cute property, I really loved that the unit was over the carport, so we didn't have to worry about my toddler stomping around. Bathroom and beds were clean. Loved the fact there wasn't a two paged detail list of "cleaning" we would be required to do before check out. We did take out our own……
