Beautiful villa located on the heights of Carqueiranne, in a quiet neighborhood.The infinity pool and sea view are magnificent.The studio for 4 people at pool level is quite small. The shower/toilet area is tiny.The upper level of the villa is comfortable.The entire villa is air-conditioned, which is appreciated.We spent a wonderful week with our family.

Nice surroundings and lovely villa

We have booked 5 nights in Juin 2018. The lady of the agency was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately she doesn't speek English. The villa is lovely with a splendid pool. However we do have some recommendations for this house. The lock of the gate needs to be repared. Lights in the garden needs to be improved/repared if you arrive in the evening. (very dark garden) Bathroom, the bath screen need to be fixed because of the leeking of water, the big shower doesn't work properly. A little bit of cleaning would be nice alongside the swimmingpool. (a lot of falling leaves). Also cushions for the sun beds would be nice. Nevertheless we had a wonderful time, but these abovementioned recommendations would help for future guests.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das architektonisch ansprechende Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage am Hang ,mit einer tollen Aussicht, in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Wir haben den Pool auch sehr genossen. Die untere Wohnung ist nicht ganz so luxuriös, wie die obere. Schade war nur, dass man sich um bettwäsche und Handtücher selber kümmern muss. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Reise mit kleinen Knoten

Das Haus und der Pool sind wunderschön. Der Ausblick ist grandios. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Grill war komplett dreckig und nach dem Putzen stellten wir leider fest, dass er nicht ging. Die Plastikstühle und Liegen am Pool waren fast alle beschädigt und es gab keine Auflagen. In der 2. Woche bekamen wir einen neuen Grill und neue Liegen aus der Garage (warum nicht gleich). Den Grill haben wir 2 Std aufgebaut. Dann war das Gas leer. Ich empfehle direkt eine 2. Flasche vor Ort. Das spart den Gästen viel Zeit, denn nicht jeder verkauft die passende Flasche. Die neuen Liegen sind super. Der Pool wurde zu Beginn und Ende der Reise gereinigt. Dazwischen gibt es viel Pollen darin. Wenn man Bescheid gibt, kommt aber jemand zur Reinigung. Das Master Zimmer im 1. Stock hat eine Balkontür zum öffnen aber die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Wenn diese mit einem Fliegengitter zu öffnen wären, wäre es perfekt, denn es gab viele Stechmücken. Aber mit geschlossener Tür und Klimaanlage war es ok. Die Sofakissen innen im Wohnzimmer sind alle zerschlissen aber wir waren nur draussen, so hat es nicht weiter gestört. Wichtig für alle Gäste ist aber: es sind zwischen 40 und 50 Stufen bis ins Haus. Diese sind unegal und es gibt kein Geländer. Für Leute mit Knieproblemen ist dies nicht zu empfehlen. Aber ansonsten ist das Haus wunderschön und der Ausblick kann nicht besser sein.

Très bon séjour. Maison et environ calme et agréable. - Aucun accueil à notre arrivée, ménage non réalisé à notre arrivée malgré le forfait de 150 euros, douche salle de bain du bas bouchée. wifi non fonctionnel. Le prix n'est pas digne de la prestation.

Villa carqueiranne

Super semaine dans une très jolie maison, très bien située .endroit calme, sans vis à vis, cloturée . Très belle piscine à débordement . Vue magnifique sur mer. A proximité de beaucoup d'endroits avec station balnéaire . Hyères, presqu'iles de Giens, Toulon, iles de Porquerolles. Beaucoup de parkings gratuits . Je recommande vivement cet endroit .

Jederzeit wieder.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Objekt. Ein geschlossenes großes Grundstück ist für den Hund Gold wert. Und daß es zu kalt war um im Pool zu baden, dafür kann ja keiner was. Jederzeit wieder.

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Aufenthalt 10. bis 24.09.2022 mit 6 Peronen Gerne schreiben wir Ihnen ein Feedback zu der Immobilie und dem Aufenthalt bei Ihnen. Wir haben die 14 Tage rundum genossen. Kurz gesagt tolles, außergewöhnlich schönes Haus, Pool mit Meerblick, Wetter 28 Grad warm. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr ansprechenden Schnitt und ist sehr großzügig, Balkon super Aussicht und Küche plus Zubehör vollständig (alles was man braucht). Kleine Mängel wie zum Beispiel manche Poolmöbel sind nicht zu gebrauchen. Allerdings sind genügend vorhanden die zu gebrauchen sind. Dasselbe gilt für die Balkonmöben bei dem Sitzplatz mit den geflochtenen Möbeln. Übergaben bei Ankunft und Abfahrt völlig easy nach Absprachen sogar ohne jegliche Kontrolle auf Vertrauensbasis. Der Preis ist u. E. angemessen. Alle Mitreisenden waren sich einig in der Beurteilung. Gerne mal wieder. Abstecher nach St. Tropez, Toulon, Hyeres, Porquerolle, Marseille usw. problemlos möglich. Probleme mit dem Pool

Das Objekt erfüllt die Erwartungen größtenteils - Lage, Aussicht und Umgebung sind wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist bis auf kleine Mängel (z. B. Terassentüren) in gutem Zustand. Leider konnten wir den Pool 2 unerer 7 Tage nicht benutzen, da das Wasser ausgelaufen war. Das Problem wurde von der örtlichen Verwaltung nicht beseitigt. Erst der Kontakt zum Mieter führte zur Behebung des Mangels. Vor allem für unsere 4 Kinder war das ein erheblicher Mangel, den habe ich nach dem Urlaub mehrmals moniert und eine Preisminderung verlangt habe, worauf ich keine Antwort bekam.

Magnifique villa

Très jolie villa. Un point un manque au niveau de la propreté... Les alèses des lits pas clean. Très belle vue super piscine. Très calme. Propre du centre ville et la mer. Une petite chose nous n avons pas été prévenue que le pisciniste et le jardinier passerai on les a trouvé dans le jardin ....j aurais apprécier de le savoir.... Sachant que nous avions des chiens .... Autrement super séjour

Sehr schönes Haus.

Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit! Dennoch sollten einige Möbel im Wohnzimmer (Couch) erneuert werden. Die Loungemöbel auf der Terrasse sind kaputt. Auch einige Auflagen auf den Liegen wären sehr angebracht.4

Vue magnifique malgré quelques désagréments

Tout d abord les coordonnées de l agence pour réceptionner la maison sur le site n ont pas été mises à jour depuis 2ans et sont donc erronées , la piscine a disjonctée 2 fois en 2 semaines (Avec manque de réactivité)😩 Et à la sortie on m a fait la réflexion que la maison n était pas nickel alors que le forfait 🧹 est inclus dans la location ... tous ces petits désagréments ne m incite pas à relouer cette maison malgré la vue exceptionnelle
