Quiet and Relaxing

Great location and beautiful home. Loved the screened in porch with bed swing that overlooks the river. My daughter and i spent lits of tine out there reading and enjoying the view while my husband fished from the dock.

Beautiful!

Our stay at this home was truly exceptional! The property is absolutely beautiful and perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway. We brought our boat along and the dock made it incredibly convenient for us to tie up when we weren’t out exploring Dog Island. One of the highlights of our stay was the bed swing on the porch. It quickly became our favorite spot in the mornings for a peaceful start to the day, and in the evenings, it was the perfect place to watch the stunning sunsets. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a serene and picturesque vacation spot. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful peaceful stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very much as described. The sunsets were gorgeous sitting in the sun room. The dock and boat ramp were a big plus for us as we brought our boat. The kitchen had what we needed and the house was clean and well appointed. The only complaint we had was the internet seemed to not be working. That being said having stayed a lot of places in carrabelle this is not unusual. Overall our stay was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very grateful to find a DOG FRIENDLY rental on the water where we could either fish from the dock or launch our own vessel from to go fish on the river. The view was gorgeous, especially at sunset. However, in our opinion it could’ve been cleaner. There were pet stains on the jute rug and stains on the couch and throw blankets. The yard had multiple piles of pet waste that we ended up picking up ourselves right when we got there so us or our dogs wouldn’t step in it. Also, the bathroom in the primary bedroom wasn’t draining very well and would fill up.

Family vaca

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The ease of being able to take the boat in and out of water right at your house and not driving to a public boat landing. The house was beautiful. We took our dogs and they had plenty of yard to play fetch in. They loved swimming in the river. We did a lot of morning & afternoon fishing off the dock and caught many fish. One day we drove the boat to Dog Island and the next day we enjoyed the local beach. If we stay on the river again, we will definitely we staying at this house. Oh, and that screened in room with the bed swing is amazing! I would sit out there and read. I did have to message the people who rent it out and we received a reply back very quickly. 5 Stars!

This house is perfect for families with dogs who love to fish! On the river with ramp and dock with cleaning table. Teenager fished off the dock all night! Watch out for low tide though…

Great house on the river

Had a great stay here. Property was clean and well thought out with lots of outdoor spaces. Boat ramp was convenient but a little tough for bigger boats. Around a 30 min idle out to the bay. Overall great experience!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for four days, this house was very clean and comfortable We were very happy with the house it was very nice and quiet I took 5 grandchildren To go fishing.we were very happy with the weather but it was very hot, they all were very happy with the trip they caught many different kinds of fish and stiing rays even caught garfish and some small alligator, all in all it was amazing stay.

All the dishes, glasses and silverware were dirty. The dishwasher had been broken for a while but guess no one noticed?
