My plans changed so I only visited the property briefly. The living room and bedroom could use a thorough cleaning and updating. The back screened in patio not a very functional or clean space.

Nicely remodeled kitchen and bath in a small but decently spacious flipped ranch on a quiet cul de sac, one minute drive or short walk from town. Fenced yard for dog. The construction in the rear is complete. Host very responsive. Convenient to UNC, Carrboro, Chapel Hill. We rebooked to extend a stay during our renovation.

The property lacked privacy. For several days at the beginning of the trip the owner had workers on the property behind the house early in the morning. They were using the water from the house’s outdoor water spigot below the bedroom window. We were also partially blocked in by trucks. There was a screened in porch but no lights.There was a cockroach under the bed & cobwebs & dust throughout.The refrigerator door was uneven & had trouble closing.No directions on how to use the TV

Great host. Pet friendly. Perfect location in nice neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. No crazy check out requirements or chores lists. Well supplied with the basics and some extras. Lots of linens. Very clean. Surprisingly private backyard.
