「I really used to like this hotel as its in a beautiful location. I won't go back unless they buck there ideas up, check in was 4pm, room not ready after driving for 5 hours, no bar open and it's miles away from Inveraray, 5pm given a room key and found out it hadn't been cleaned. Bar opened 5pm my husband got me a drink and manager or owner (he turned up about 16.50 ) said by the time we had the drink our alternative room would be ready. We were not the only ones waiting at least another 5 or 6...

「We had a wonderful weekend stay at the studio one bed Cabin. The location was 10/10, as we had amazing views of Loch Lomond and it was ideally placed, in the centre of the village, where everything is within short walking distance. The cabin was immaculately clean. Everything was provided for a home from home experience and the host added lots of little extra touches which we really appreciated. We loved that the cabin was pet friendly and that there was a lovely private and enclosed pet safe...
