Amazing place

We loved our stay. We enjoyed the house and the pool. The location was perfect for trips into Paris and the surrounding areas. The pool great for hot days. We walked along the river and into town to a great market and restaurants. The house had everything we needed and if there was an issue Nathalie was easily reached. The home has tons of charm and unique details. We had a blast and would love to return for another visit. Five stars.

Quiet location

Nathalie was great with communication. She provided information on transportation, bakery, grocery nearby. She also walked us through the house on the first night but gave us privacy the rest of our stay. The rooms were set up ahead of time for my group of 10. The house is located outside of Paris, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The drive to the city was not far. We were mostly away from the house so we didnt really get to fully enjoy the house. Overall, my group enjoyed our stay and will attempt to do another in the future. Only issue was the hot water, which sometimes worked. But for the experience of being in France so close to Paris, it was worth the lack of hot water. We made do. Thank you, Nathalie!

Beautiful house, view and location!

Nathalie was very helpful, letting us store our luggage until our check in time. The property is gorgeous, with a view of the Seine. Easy walk to town. The pool is beautifully kept. The house is huge, perfect for large groups to spread out. Kitchen has all you need. Three of the four bedrooms have A/C. (A portable fan would be nice to have in the hot summer months) We took Ubers everywhere. It never took longer than 10 minutes for them to arrive. Paris is about a 25-50 minute ride depending on where you go and traffic. Very convenient to be close to the city yet out of the bustle. The last evening Nathalie let us know that someone would be staying the night in the little apt next to the house. This was fine, however the next morning as we were going in the pool we found this person in our backyard. Again, not terrible but they then walked in and asked where the kitchen was. They came in, took plates and a glass and went out to the pool. (We were in the process of packing). Nathalie agree this was not normal….I would suggest in the future to speak to any persons on property about rules. I specifically request a private property so this was very unusual. That being said, we loved the place. It was well worth the cost.

Excellent stay! Nathalie was an excellent host and met us at check in. Communication was great. She provided recommendations for local sites and restaurants. Check out was easy. There were 7 of us on a once in a lifetime retirement trip and we all loved the place. Very historic, but with modern necessities, too. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Great Place on the Seine

Six of us stayed at the property for a week. Nathalie was super easy to work with and communications were simple. The house had a ton of character yet still had plenty of modern conveniences like AC.

Carrieres-sur-Seine

Life changing trip! The peace and tranquility of the home after the chaos of the city was amazing. I had to close my bedroom window after the first night because I couldn’t stop myself from jumping out of bed to see what barge or river cruise ship was going by in the moonlight on the Seine. The host, Nathalie, and her family were absolutely amazing, could not have asked for anyone better. Part of me doesn’t want to leave this review in fear that the next time I want to book (and there will be a next time), she will not have availability! Go. Experience. Enjoy. You will not regret it!
