FANTASTIC

We loved everything about this lovely home from home. The location was perfect and so peaceful, the host met us nearby and explained everything fully. We loved sitting on the balcony at night with a nice wine, being entertained by the fireflies. I wish we had stayed longer, it was heartbreaking to leave. Highly recommend this magical place.

La casa nel bosco

Casetta arredata vecchio stile, con tutto l'occorrente per soggiornarci. Un animaletto presente un pò invadente,(la cimice)...Ma cmq Privacy totale. A 15 minuti da Levanto!

Toller Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der 5Terre und des südöstlichen Liguriens

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Lage ist sehr verkehrsgünstig und durch die Nähe zum Wald und einem Bächlein gibt es Mücken etc. Das Haus verfügt über eine gute Grundausstattung. Wir konnten die Urlaubstage dort genießen, vielen Dank.

Vacances au top !

Le propriétaire a eu la décitate attention de nous attendre dans un parking proche de la maison afin de nous y conduire et ainsi éviter que l'on se perde. La taille de la propriété est incroyable et suffisamment sécurisée pour des enfants de 5 et 7 ans. Le logement correspond bien aux photos et à la description. La maison contient tout le nécessaire, petit bémol pour la chaleur dans la chambre à l'étage mais 4 personnes peuvent dormir au rez de chaussée (qui lui est climatisé) grâce à une chambre et un canapé lit. Pour ce qui est des alentours, il y a de quoi faire, entre les randonnées, les visites et les plages. Nous y sommes restés deux semaines, sans avoir besoin de beaucoup chercher pour nous occuper. Je recommande donc ce logement, dont le rapport qualité - prix est imbattable !

Schöner Ruhiger Urlaub vor Liguriens Küste

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen, etwas abseits mit viel Land, das wir aber leidr nicht gross nutzen konnten da wir uns mit einem Baby nicht vor den vielen Mücken schützen konnten. Verkehrtechnisch ist man trotz der ruhigen Lage sehr gut angeschlossen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr altmodisch, ein paar weniger Schränke würden für etwas mehr Platz sorgen. Küche auch alt aber zweckmässig. Super nette Gastgeber, schon ihretwegen lohnt sich der Aufenthalt.

Wenn man Natur pur und Ruhe möchte ist es hervorragend,dennoch für Hunde nicht geeignet

Das Ferienhaus ist sauber aber altmodisch eingerichtet. Klimaanlage ist super. Die Dusche sehr klein. Dunstabzugshaube ist defekt,diverse Leuchtmittel auch. Balkon ist schön aber ungemütlich Stühle und keine richtigen Liegestühle zum relaxen. Im Garten keine Schattenplätze bis 16 Uhr circa. Garten soll gegen Wild eingezäunt sein,der Gastwirt gibt keine 100% Bestätigung das der Zaun wirklich dicht ist da Wild durchdringen könnte. Wir hatten viele Wildschweine! Ab 19 Uhr mit dem Hund kein Gassi mehr möglich! Nachts lauern sie um das Haus herum,der Hund hat ständig angeschlagen. Freilauf im Garten für Hund nicht möglich da auch sehr unübersichtlich. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Auto ca 15 Minuten entfernt. 1 Hundestrand ca 20 Fahrminuten entfernt der nicht gereinigt wird. Normaler Strand nur steinig.

Mooie centrale locatie. Vriendelijk ontvangst. Authentiek Italiaans huisje midden in de natuur dus ook met mogelijke wilde zwijntjes, vele hagedissen ed.

Cinque Terre etwas abseits des Tourismus

Lieben Dank für diesen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub im Hinterland Levantos-Villa Anna und der schöne Garten haben viel dazu beigetragen. Wir haben zusammen mit unseren drei Kindern dort die Gegend erwandert (auch direkt von der Tür aus möglich-das Hinterland ist sehr reizvoll) und dank der tollen Anbindung viele Orte besucht.

Entspannter Urlaub in Ligurien

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Autobahn liegt sehr nah und war ideal Ausflüge in größere Städte in Ligurien oder der Toskana geeignet. Mit dem Auto erreicht man das Meer und kleine Supermärkte in knapp 15 Minuten. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben und sauber. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Erholung pur im Grünen

Wer keinen Trubel braucht, kann hier wunderbar entspannen. Viele interessante Orte lassen sich mit dem Auto von hier schnell erreichen.

Idylle im Grünen

Ganz zuvorkommende Gastgeber, absolut toller Kamin, wirklich alles vorhanden, was man im Haus braucht, Küste und Cinque terre gleich hinter Bergrücken, ca. 15 Min. nach Levante, pikobello sauber, viel Platz, tolle Aussicht, Autobahn ist unsichtbar und lautlos - sorgt für perfekte Verbindungen in Ligurien. Altra volta, grazie mille per tutto!!!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und die Vermieter waren sehr nett und freundlich. Jederzeit konnte man um Hilfe und Tipps fragen. Die Lage nahe der Autostrada war nicht störend und so konnte man schnell auch größere Ausflüge machen. Das große Grundstück ist ideal für Kinder und auch für vierbeinige Urlauber. Wir hoffen in naher Zukunft wiederkommen zu können

Super Urlaub!

Wir waren vom 12.10.19 bis zum 26.10.19 mit unseren beiden Kindern und unseren beiden Hunden in diesem Haus. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig an einem Berghang. Kinder und Hunde konnten sich dort frei bewegen und haben niemanden gestört. Bis zum Strand sind es 10 min. mit dem Auto. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen auch wenn wir 4 Tage Regen hatten. Pieriogio ist ein sehr netter Vermieter der sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich ist. Wir überlegen zur Zeit ob wir dieses Objekt für nächsten Jahr wieder buchen sollen. Also alles in allem Top!

Propriété située a 2 pas de l'autoroute mais en même temps assez retirée pour etre indépendant et au calme. Seule la plaque de cuisson est a revoir. Propriétaire très gentil et serviable.
