Our room was absolutely disgusting, less than 30 minutes after checking in I went to the front desk to request another room and after waiting, calling the front desk and ringing the bell no one ever came. I ended up booking a different hotel after this since at this point the service was also absolutely horrendous.

The entire building needs renovation. Water leak marks in the room ceiling. Tub faucet with slow constant dripping. Breakfast at 6a. 6:15-6-30 dining still close. No breakfast. Stayed 5 nights same everyday. Only donut served. McDonald is nxt door if you want good coffee in AM. AC works ok. Bed is ok..Sheets and towels clean. But they don't straightened or make bed when cleaning. Just take garbage. What you pay is what you get. AJay is professional and friendly and welcoming Needs to hire a good English speaking staff. Property close to everything - fast food, Walmart, gas station.and I-71.

Save your money! No outside lights in parking lot. Property is in disrepair. My room had a dirty tub, pee in the toilet, and no light bulbs in lights. My room was changed, and it had no soap, shampoo or body wash. Additionally, the smoke alert beeped all night. I said something and was offered nothing. Very disappointing.

I stayed 2 days the first day the room was clean. When I came in after leaving that morning. I came back and my bed wasn’t made the trash wasn’t taken out. No clean towels, the floors weren’t cleaned. I stayed Monday night left on Wednesday morning. The person that was supposed to clean my room had the gull to ask if I would give him a tip. I told him I didn’t like how my room was. As for the breakfast that was a joke too. There wasn’t anything stocked up to eat. On Tuesday morning I went out at 7:30am there was only 4 honey buns out there on muffins, they have bananas and apples. Wednesday morning when I went out or left there was nothing in there but bananas and apples no muffins nothing. I was not satisfied with my stay there at all.

We had a reservation booked through Expedia for a one night stay and to pay at the property. When we arrived they told us our reservation was canceled! And told us they had no rooms available. Clearly the hotel Was not full. And the front desk lady and they couldn’t give us a reason of why our booking was canceled even after showing her our booking online.
