「Owner was very good on communication. We enjoyed the first time container stay. Very well thought out place. As a note, things that are usually included in rentals like wifi and firewood have fees. There is some traffic below the container on a state route but it dies down. We would definitely stay again and wish to try the RV place next! Thanks for the hospitality!」

「We were visiting the area to go to the Football Hall of Fame. We wanted a themed house and this was the only one we found that had football decor. Not a lot but we loved the accents. The house was easy to locate, looked like the photos, and suited the 5 of us perfectly. We did not spend much time here during the day but at night it was minimal outside noise (you are at a dead end road) and the area was nothing special but a neighborhood. We did not need much inside but the little we did need was...

Grandchildren said ‘this is a Christmas House!’ Funny story…We read about the house ghost, ‘the butler’. My adult son was a little spooked, thought ‘the butler’ made my grandchildren’s beds, until my daughter in law said ‘I don’t think it was the ghost, I think it was your mom!’ :) Happy new year!」

「My family and I stayed at this adorable, well stocked, very clean home during my son's YMCA zone championship meet in March. It was 5 minutes to C.T. Branin which was extremely nice having to be there early morning. We all loved the game room, so much fun. It felt like home away from home, very comfortable. Quiet street while we were there. A bunch of restaurants and shops less than 10 minutes away.」

「Dave was one of the best hosts that I have communicated with to date. We travel all the time and stay in different locations all year long. 「Everything perfect. Clean, Tasteful, plates glasses all high quality. Everything thought. Propane torch to light fires very cool and effective. Only room for improvement is wi-fi. Seldom works, but everything else perfect.」

「It was o k, but it's definitely not. For older people would disabilities. It had a stairs that were like, 25 stairs. Up to the door to get in. And no other way to get into the building. That means that two old people had to carry all of their stuff up those stairs. There is also no Wi-Fi and it said it has Satellite TV. But there was only about 4 channels. I was supposed to work this weekend and wasn't able to.」
