“It was a clean room. The only problems were that the AC wasn’t blowing cool air properly and the room had a funny smell”

“In a quiet location, was able to get a good nights sleep. Staff met all exoectations.”

“This was my first time staying at a budget hotel. This was just out of necessity needing to pull over somewhere to sleep on a road trip. Seemed like the people there tried to make it nice and the people themselves were nice but I'd never stay somewhere like that again. The room smelled like musty humid sweaty feet and I was afraid to walk around without socks or shoes on. The bed was ok but creaky as anything. Pillows were flat as pancakes but there was one fuzzy soft blanket so that was a plus……

“Pet friendly and easy to get to but the rooms are very cramped, outlets by bed didnt work, when I used a paper towel to wipe up something off the floor it came back black like the floors never get mopped. Hardly ever anyone actually at the front desk, have to call them by phone to come down and always prompt but just found that odd. Coffee machine in lobby appears out of service with no coffee cups. Very thin walls can hear everything around you and there were multiple people jsut letting dogs……

“We’re both pleased with the room. Clean abd comforting. Great staff as well!”

“The room had a smell to it and there were spots on the chair we could not use. The comforter was full of cigarettes burns on it. The towels were filthy and still had dirt marks on them. This place needs to be knocked down and totally renovated. I do not suggest any human rent this place. Breakfast was continental and should be on the booking website.”

“Nice place, quiet. Good view. Excellent restaurant next door. Good for walking back slightly impaired. Will stay there again if going through the area.”

“The complete staff was very helpful and always went out of their way to help. When in the area, I will stay in this facility again. Location is good, it is close to hwy 664, 5 min. to a medium size mall with Outback and Longhorn Steakhouse, as well as other good restaurants.”

“The room we got looked like it was being redone just the bed which still had plastic on mattress underneath the sheets two flat pillows and we were put in between working crew men was told we could not change rooms and only hot clean towels once and had to go get them we had a 6 day stay.. would not recommend ”

“My stay at this hotel took a turn for the worse at check out. My reservation was already paid for, and at checkout I was charged doubled what I already paid. The young lady who checked me out, charged me an early checkout fee, and denied she made a mistake. I did not checkout early. After my card was charged double the fee I initially paid, I asked to speak with a manager. A manager was not on site and I was given a card to call the next day. I called the next day, spoke with the front desk,……
