“Right next to lift 1 at the base, where there are chairs to sit and enjoy the view. Comfortable room with full kitchen. Just what I was looking for, a quiet, cool place to escape the heat and do some hiking. If you’ve never done it, Williams Lake is my favorite hike in New Mexico. Prior to July 4 (and maybe after) the restaurants at the ski area are only open Th-Sun. So if you don’t bring food, you have to drive back to Taos.”

“The house is nicely furnished and has great sunset and sunrise views. However, it was not clean. When I brought this to the owner's attention, she was dismissive and then became hostile and said I left too much hair in the shower and my long black hair was everywhere. Apparently, I was also expected to clean before I left.The biggest issues I had were: 1. One bathtub did not drain well. When I got the water to temperature, I went to let the water in the tub drain before starting the shower and……

“The cabin was gorgeous and quaint and authentic and everything you hope for in a cabin. The couch opened up into a great second bed so all four of my group could sleep comfortably. And the neighbors both working on the property and friends just passing through were welcoming and enchanting. Highly recommend!”
