Hôtel énorme et brouillant. Qualité nourriture du petit déjeuner médiocre pour un prix plus élevé qu’habituellement en Espagne. Chambre spacieuse. Vue très jolie mais pas d’intimité car on voit les uns chez les autres. Et on ne mentionne pas l odeur cigarette à cause de laquelle on ne profite pas non plus du balcon.

Great location: hotel beach, shallow warm water perfect for families. Many things to keep kids occupied. If you like your holidays to feel like you are in a foreign land rather than brits abroad, this could be the place for you.

Es un hotel grande en el que se producían muchas aglomeraciones: la cantidad de ascensores (3) es insuficiente ado el número de habitaciones/clientes; el horario de desayuno 8-10:30 también provocaba que muchas personas coincidiesen en el restaurante. El desayuno no era demasiado variado y de poca calidad para un hotel de 4 *. En el entorno del hotel hay restaurantes y discotecas o bares musicales bastante populares. Esto, sumado a las aglomeraciones citadas, provoca que a determinadas horas el bullicio sea casi permanente. La tranquilidad no es una de las características del hotel ni del entorno, pero tiene acceso muy fácil y rápido a las playas.

Instalaciones obsoletas, se aprecia una total ausencia de mantenimiento y renovación. El buffet del desayuno también dejaba bastante que desear para una categoría de 4 estrellas.

Short stay at Hotel Cavanna
This is a very good hotel but as it was March not all services were available. No bar or cafe open in the afternoons and no water in the pool. Staff were very helpful and the hotel is well located.

Very Noisy - Rooms on north side of hotel have very old a/c units running 24/7 on roof of restaurant. Room had no mini bar and safe was old and did not work. Shower over bath was not wide enough to stand in easily so I would not return and would not recommend.

Short Break in October 2021
The location of the hotel is perfect. The beaches are within a short walk 3 minutes at most and there are a good selection of bars shops restaurants and amenities within 300 m. The hotel staff we’re friendly and polite and very efficient. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the chamber maids did an excellent job. The hotel buffet food was plentiful albeit rather bland and on occasions not particularly hot. I would have no hesitation returning for another stay and recommending that my friends and family do too.

The hotel itself and the location are fine. Needless to say that COVID shows and affects. The restaurant services were really low, long lines everywhere with people not respecting the distance. This would’ve been easy to organize but no hotel staff was present. The food was very poor for Spain. The charge for full board is low but even so in a country of gastronomy the food was terrible. The hotel management must know that the restaurant is poorly managed. I wonder why they don’t do anything?

El hotel está sobre todo orientado a un viaje con niños, con actividad en el hotel. Fuimos con media pensión y tanto el desayuno pero sobre todo la cena tenían un menú orientado a ese público. Las colas para los turnos de comida eran importantes, a pesar de no ser temporada alta, sin distancia de seguridad marcada como tal y que mucha gente no guardaba. Por otra parte, las instalaciones y habitación necesitarían una reforma, no son lo que actualmente se considera un 4 estrellas. El ruido es bastante llamativo, tanto por parte de los huéspedes, algo comprensible por haber mucho niños, como por el personal de limpieza a primera hora de la mañana, por lo que no escogería este hotel si quieres dormir más allá de las 9. A destacar como positivo, la piscina y la ubicación con playa a sus pies y buenas vistas, con muchas actividades sin moverte del hotel.

Great stay hotel is closer to 3 stars than 4,
My personal opinion about the hotel is that what was a 4 star no longer is. I have travelled a lot in Spain and it is a classic example of a hotel that has not updated anything but simply maintained what was when it was build. The photos on their advertisements match however the furnitures and rooms are no longer new and looks as attractive as the picture. Poor WiFi in the room and at the pool during our stay. It’s 2020 should not be a issue at all. The benefit of the hotel is the pool, location, parking options and you have a awesome view and beaches on both sides. In general a lovely place but value for money you might pay a little to much.

Que no se os ocurra reservar una estancia en pareja buscando la tranquilidad en este Hotel. El griterío de niños y mayores por los pasillos, las colas en el comedor y ascensores son interminables. contrate la reserva con Uds. y estoy tremendamente decepcionado con el precio pagado y la calidad en general ofrecida. Yo contrate un habitación de clase superior y me dieron una standar, cuando reclame tuve que pagar 15€ por día. Esto no es servicio.
