Extremely spacious 1-bedroom garden apartment conveniently located close to Bellaluz Plaza with its restaurants, bars, shops etc. In addition just a short walk to the fabulous Bellaluz swimming pool. The accommodation offers open plan kitchen/dining area, separate living room, double bedroom (either king size or twin beds), large en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Air conditioning throughout and cable TV installed. A great feature of this property is the large front and rear private walled terraces offering all day sun or shade.
