“The property needs major upgrades. We did not open the slides in the morning for fear of waking the entire building. The crawl space needs to be closed. Things needed work. The living room curtains would not close at night for privacy.This is the first time that I have stayed at a VRBO where there was no coffee on site. Nothing in kitchen except salt, pepper and cornmeal.”

“Master bed mattress was a little rough, but other than that it was perfect for us. Can’t complain although I am about the mattress, still 5 stars.If my back wasn’t doing well I’d drop a star off due to the mattress, it’s pretty bad.”

“The VRBO overlooking Grandfather mountain was a gem.Loved the stone gas fireplace for the first chilly night.The view is fantastic.Check in very smooth.Bed comfy and everything was ss described.Highly recommend for a couple.So much to explore in the area.Otter falls just down the road.Thanks John”
