“Rented this property for my sons navy graduation, Base was only 6 minutes from the home. Tons of places to eat and shop no more then 15 minutes away. The house was super cute, very clean. we flew in at 10am and without even having to ask the host reached out and let us know it was ready for check in a few hours early which was great. left some packaged up congrats grad decor that hopefully didnt get thrown out and the next navy fam can use. ”

“Very mixed on review, but after considering all factors we went with a poor rating. First off, we were not given the door entry code for arrival which caused us to wait outside until response from the owner. Games in the house were incomplete and in poor condition to include the pool table and foosball table. Floor in the pool table room was very uneven and bubbling, which caused it to crack. “It was clear that house was owned by a private equity firm and it was handled like a business. We had a multi month stay and only asked once for it to be cleaned once, and they charged us for the cleaning. Meanwhile, they would’ve paid for five or six cleanings themselves between normal stay guests.They did a good job renovating the house they bought though.”
