"O apartamento tem tudo e a localização é perfeita, no entanto, falhou talheres de mesa e de fogão e um lixo para descartar o consumo. Tinha tudo, cooktop, panelas, pratos, etc, mas não tinha com o que comer. No mais, limpeza ideal e tudo conforme o anúncio! No andar principal, tem uma praça de alimentação com diferentes propostas e supermercado, farmácia a poucos passos de distância."

"O apart é muito bem equipado e confortável. Localização ótima . Tem todos os utensílios que precisamos para o dia a dia, inclusive filtro de água e máquina de lavar e secar roupas. A academia do prédio é excelente e a garagem também. O supermercado em baixo do prédio é um facilitador. Jane, a interlocutora entre o anfitrião e o hóspede , é atenciosa e dá retorno às dúvidas pelo whatsapp. O check-in antecipado e o cadastro facial adianta muito na hora da chegada. "Spacious and very clean rooms. Comfortable beds, helpful friendly staff, and AMAZING breakfast. There are greats restaurants across the street and you are also right beside a big mall that has a grocery store, pharmacy and movie theater. Many rooms have a beautiful view of the water as well. This is our got to hotel when traveling through Floripa and flying out to other countries."
