"The apartment was nice. The building was nice, and the staff was very nice. The free laundry was wonderful. My only complaint is that I was turned away with a small group of 3 friends that were going to rest during the carnival for an hour or so. I was told that I was not allowed to have ANY guests in the apartment. This policy was not explicitly stated in the listing and it came as kind of a surprise and a disappointment. "

Então é ruim isso. O café da manhã é bom, mas a reposição deixa a desejar. Sempre está faltando algo. Acaba o café ou todas as xícaras estão usadas ou acaba pratinhos, etc... Nos quartos seria legal ter ganchos pata dependurar as toalhas porque elas acabam ficando nas escadas das beliches. Recomendo...

"It was very easy to access. The ID verified room technology worked great. We were placed in room 14B. Unfortunately the hot water did not work in our room. Based off of other Google reviews - it hasn't worked for a while. Talking to the Charlie team via WhatsApp was quick and easy. The improvement needs to come from the maintenance team.
