「This is a very cozy efficiency apartment with a private entrance and is attached to the host's home in a quiet out of town ranchette subdivision. There is also a private patio with a hot tub that is perfect for gazing at the stars under the Sonoran Desert sky. The property is a few miles outside of Florence where saguaro and cholla cacti abound. I was on a working trip but wouldn't hesitate to bring my wife to this property for a vacation. 「This was a great place for a weekend. It was in a great neighborhood. The bed could use a pillow top mattress pad.」

「My spouse and I had a great stay. They accomidated us well, everyone on the property was polite. It was very quiet which we liked. The water heater went out and they repaired it right away an even offered us to shower in an empty apartment if we needed to right away. We even rebooked and stayed 4 extra days. I can't wait to stay here again next year. 💙」

「The property worked out well for us. It had a comfy feeling. It had the basics that we needed but would have been nice to have a little more essentials, laundry soap, blow dryer, and extra blankets. The first bedroom did not have heat going into it. Could be because the hall vent is dusty? I did unplug one bedroom light as it was flickering when off and I worried about a fire hazard. Also, a little map to find the apartment would be perfect. 」

「My stay was very good. The property was nice but it needs to be cleaned more frequently. The property also needs to be sprayed to get rid of the bugs.」

「Nothing with the owner. The construntion of the building is very thin and if you are trying to sleep in after a long drive. You feel that the all the cleaning, walking and talking is in your unit. The property is great. Well located. The renters are awesome. 」

「There wasn't that many pans to cook with, and there was not a washer and dryer, which I didn't like. I would have loved to wash clothes. Also, there was no clear description on where to place the trash. It was a cute area and we didnt have too many towels. Thank you」

「Cleanliness is important, and this was not clean. I don't know Vrbo owner standards but this can't meet them. Very disappointed. We only stayed 1 night and went to a motel instead. Quite an expense for us, but we could not stay here one more day!」
