Spacious Apartment

The apartment has excellent views over the Mediterranean and is a 20 min walk to the beach. It is clean, well kept and very spacious. The communication from the managers was very well automated and there were no issues with return of the deposit.

Whilst the property was a good size, the overall cleanliness of the property was disgraceful. the showers didn't work the kitchen utensils were disgraceful, only one tea towel which was grubby the floors were not clean. The engineer that came to try and fix the showers can verify everything, photo's of most complaints were sent into the office and we await their response.

Ich war 6 Wochen ab Ende 01/25 dort; Empfang mit div Mängeln:Beleuchtung,Therme keine Heizfunktion Warmwasser mit langer Aufwärmzeit,AC,Waschmaschine,Schloss ApmTür,stark abgenutzte/verschmutzte Möbel, Bettlaken fleckig;Aptm nur oberflächlich gereinigt, Küchenausstattung mindere Qualität u Sammelsurium; Zustand Kücheneinrichtung erneurungsbedürftig,Einrichtung mit billigen Ikea-Teilen ergänzt.Balkon wegen Verkehrslärm(Baustelle u hohes Aufkommen) kaum nutzbar;Pool Nutzung nur Sommer, kein Sat-TV, täglich Hundegebelle vom Nachbargarten, Verwalter nicht am Ort (Balearen), Austausch von 66 emails wegen Mängeln, Antwortzeiten angemessen, angeb.Minderung der Mietkosten (5%) viel zu gering. Fazit:große Enttäuschung!!

Fue un fin de semana maravilloso

Fue un fin de semana maravilloso, y pese a que tuvimos algunos inconvenientes personales, el anfitrión se mostró amable y contemplativo. El apartamento es muy bonito, amplio y cómodo. Dato muy importante: para abrir el portal hay que primero tocar el timbre (36). El alojamiento cuenta con plaza de garaje que, aunque no hace falta porque se puede aparcar en la calle, es muy cómodo sobre todo para bajar y subir las maletas.
