“I’ve stayed dozens of times through vacation and holiday rental apps and never encountered a more dissatisfying stay.The listing said no AC, not a problem we are visiting in March - but didn’t say no heat - a fact that would have changed our reservation. There is NO heat at all. The homeowner did return after check in with a space heater but after the first time plugging it in the circuits popped and we lost power and subsequently each time we tried a different plug same thing happened.
