"The pool which is the main attraction of this hotel was closed. This should have been disclosed before booking. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Staff did not clean the room everyday. "

"Based on my experience 15 yrs ago and now in 2026. My Room looked clean but dark. AC was loud however cool Bathroom was small, no one bigger than 180 lbs will fit in that space. Bedroom had limited space with 2queen sized beds in it. "

"The Downtowner is right around the corner from Fremont Street. It is very clean, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The amenities are meh, and I didnt like that we had to pay extra for them EVERY NIGHT WE WERE THERE! I never used one the whole time I was there!"
