「The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff welcoming and accommodating even before check-in in /by phone/ easy to contact them anytime. Lucia and Cristian professional and provide excellent service. I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing and the distance to Vatican possible to walk also. All rooms are brand-new, were very clean, spacious, and had all amenities we need, like coffee, tea, cookies. I highly recommend it! I i love♥️」

「The first day when we arrived after 13 hours flight in the very early morning , we understand we can only check in after 2pm, we would like to get changes for the day by using the hotel's dressing room, after we opened our luggage and getting change half way, we have been told that to close up all our luggage immediately and 2 of us only able to use the dressing room by 5mins. Under happy experience of this stay, but good location.」

「The room itself is a little dated but clean and comfortable what is a true stand out about this hotel is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and prompt. The location is ideal it is easily walkable to the Coliseum, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. There is also lots of shopping and dining options around. I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Tome」

「Two minutes away from Spanish steps and Terevi fountain. Walking distance to the best shopping areas and restaurants. Very safe neighborhood. Hotel is beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms. The roof top has gorgeous view and great bar and restaurant. I can’t believe our luck to have come across this property. If we ever find ourselves in Rome this is where we are going to stay. I forgot to mention how friendly and helpful the staff was.」
