"I asked for a non-smoking room. When I walked in, the room smelled strongly of smoke and urine. I opened the window and turned on the fan in the bathroom and the wall fan and let it run for over an hour with no improvement. I went to the office to ask for a different room. She said they only had one other king room, but someone already complained about the smell of that room. She said there was a double queen I could have, but I’d have to pay the upgrade fee. I said absolutely not. I’ll never stay here again. Last time it was loud people above and next to my room. Never again. "

"We had a very comfortable stay. Our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. Good, hot shower with great pressure. They even have black cosmetic towels which were a very nice touch. The hotel is dog friendly and even gave us a goodie bag for our dog. Our room had a very nice view of the lake. "

"View of the ocean is amazing. Very friendly and helpful safe. Room was clean. Loved the enclosed deck for my dog. Pet fee is reasonable. Complimentary breakfast was just right. Large property to walk around with your pet. Very pet friendly. Rooms are a little small but totally doable. Would recommend and go there again. "
