Schönes Anwesen im Grünen

Schöne super große Unterkunft auf einem umzäunten Gelände. Pool ist super und ebenfalls umzäunt. Kleine Grillstelle und Outfoorküche die wir immer genutzt haben

Herbst 2021

Wir hatten im Herbst 2021 eine Woche Ferien in diesem Haus gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit Anita funktionierte gut und auf Wünsche wurde grosse Rücksicht genommen. Das Haus und die Lage sind für die Toscana gut. Auch wenn bei gewissen Dingen die Liebe zum Detail fehlt lässt sich hier ein schöner Urlaub verbringen. Wir würden jedoch aus nachfolgenden Gründen nicht wieder kommen. - Im Herbst ist es im Haus sehr kalt und die Heizungen brachten nicht die gewünschte Wärme. - Besonders störend war ein äusserst übler Gestank welcher von der Kanalisation/Abfluss her kam. Anita war bemüht jemanden für das Problem zu organisieren aber lösen konnte man das Problem nicht, sodass es während dem ganzen Aufenthalt im Haus nach Väkalgeruch roch. - Auf die Kritik angesprochen äusserte sich Anita sehr emotional und nicht kundenorientiert. Schade mussten wir solche Erfahrungen machen und eine entsprechende Bewertung abgeben.

Tolles Haus & Grundstück

Das schöne Haus mit seinem weitläufigem Grundstück hat zu einem tollen Urlaub beigetragen. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass man jedes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt von außen betreten konnte ohne durch andere Zimmer zu müssen. Sehr schön ist natürlich der Pool inklusive Nachtbeleuchtung. Ein Gärtner und ein Verantwortlicher für den Pool, der alle paar Tage vorbeischaut, halten die Anlage neben der netten Haushälterin Maria gut in Schuss

Wunderschöne Villa mit Pool

Das große Haus mit Pool lässt an sich keine Wünsche offen. Mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten, Grillstelle, Spülmaschine, traumhafter gepflegter Pool. Die Lage des Objekts ist sehr ruhig in die Weinberglandschaft eingepflegt. Jedoch muss man sich im Klaren sein, dass man alles andere nur mit dem Auto erledigen kann. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht auch super Englisch. Im Gegensatz zur Haushälterin, die Check in und Check out organisiert. Das machte es für uns ein bisschen schwierig, da über sie auch Geldgeschäfte liefen. Wir konnten uns nur mit Händen und Füssen verständigen.

Ein toller Urlaub für die ganze Familie

Wir hatten das Haus für 12 Tage mit 3 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern im Alter von 14,12,fast 3 Jahren und fast 1 Jahr gemietet und es war ideal dafür geeignet.Das Haus hat einen schönen großen Garten mit einem großen, eingezäunten Pool,in dem wir viele schöne Stunden verbracht haben. Da wir mit vier Kindern ohnehin schon jede Menge Gepäck dabei hatten,war es sehr hilfreich, dass Anita, die Vermieterin, uns so zuvorkommend alles zur Verfügung gestellt hat,was wir zusätzlich für die Kleinsten brauchten (u.a. zwei Kinderreisebetten und einen Hochstuhl).Bei Fragen oder Wünschen standen sie und Maria,die eine Art „Hausmeisterin“ des Hauses ist und uns auch bei unserer Anreise empfangen hat,uns jederzeit zur Verfügung.Wir haben einige Ausflüge zum nahe gelegenen San Vincenzo gemacht (ca.20 Autominuten entfernt) und dort einen der tollen,sehr sauberen und flach abfallenden Strände besucht,die nie vollkommen überfüllt waren.Auch das nahe gelegene Castagneto Carducci mit seinen kleinen Gässchen mit den vielen Restaurants ist einen Ausflug wert.Wir können einen Besuch der Villa nur empfehlen.Vielen Dank nochmal an Anita und ihren Mann und auch an Maria.

Einfach super !!

Wir haben das ganze Haus gemietet, das war wirklich super. Alles was man will ist vorhanden. Das Beste war natürlich der grosse, geheizte Pool. Wir habe eine tolle Woche in „La Toscanella“ verbracht.

Schönes toskanisches Landhaus mit grosszügigem Umschwung

Wir haben „La Toscanella“ eine Woche im Oktober sehr genossen. Der Pool war toll und unsere 2 Kinder hatten darin Spass. Auch der Umschwung und der Garten ist schön und toll: Gross und vielseitig nutzbar. Besonders geschätzt haben wir im Haus die 3 Duschen/WC-Zimmer. Etwas lästig waren die Mücken, obschon es an fast allen Fenstern und Türen entsprechende Insektennetzvorrichtungen hat. Die Besitzerin: Anita ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch die Verwalterin: Maria war um unser Wohlbefinden sehr besorgt und herzlich.

Fantastic Vacation!

We enjoyed a fantastic week of vacation in this property. The house is located in a very peaceful environment, surrounded by vineyards and olive tree plantations; yet it is 4km away from the beach and you can also visit beautiful nearby villages. The house fitted all 10 of us, is very practical with a nice garden surrounding and a beautiful pool. Anita, the owner was very helpful and accomodating and we also asked the housekeeper (Maria) to help us with dinners which was wondeful. A truely great experience in Tuscany!

Wundervoller Urlaub, tolles Haus !!!

Wir waren total glücklich daß wir uns für dieses Haus entschieden haben. Toller Pool, sehr ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem schnell am Strand. Unsere Kinder (5 und 9 Jahre) wollten nicht mehr zurück nach Deutschland, weil sie auf dem riesengroßen Gelände den ganzen Tag ungestört herumlaufen konnten. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dorthin fahren.
